The house is located in the small village of Denice, at the top of a mountain. There is a restaurant in the village. Shopping is 3.5 km away. The nearest beach is 60 minutes by car.

There are excellent hiking, cycling, and running opportunities in the area, and plenty of space for relaxation and coziness in the house.
